Must have a clean driving record, valid drivers license and car insurance High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must be able to pass a drug test Must be able to pass a background check Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team Must be able to climb stairs.
