We are looking for personable, organized individual with attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
Experience in the dental field is preferred, but not required.
You will partner with the clinical coordinator to insure the duties are carried out smoothly daily.
Position is 3.
5 days/week; approximately 30 - 35 hrs/week.
Ideal candidates must possess great communication skills, be committed to high quality dental care, have a professional attitude, and be flexible.
Paperless, all digital office and computer skills are a must.
Responsibilities include:
patient relations, scheduling, maintaining records and referrals, submitting insurance claims, checking insurance eligibility, handling patient co-pays and other dental office work.
You will interact with a third-party insurance processing company that will handle a substantial portion of the dental insurance billing.
We will train you on our dental practice management software but knowledge of MS Office Suite is required.
